Hi, I'm Kirk.

I didn’t grow up dreaming of building data centers.

I grew up learning how to survive. How to show up. How to lead when lives depended on it.

At 18, I was deep in the belly of a U.S. Navy nuclear submarine. No windows. No shortcuts. No one is coming to save you if you screw up. You train hard. You trust harder. You execute when it counts.

That was my classroom.
Hi, I'm Kirk.

That’s where I learned that leadership isn’t about control.

It’s about clarity, discipline, and people who know how to move together under pressure. When I transitioned to civilian life, I brought that mindset with me. And over the last 25 years, I’ve helped lead some of the most mission-critical infrastructure projects on the planet—from energy to AI to national defense.

I’ve built teams. Scaled companies. Created movements. And most of all? I’ve never stopped looking for better ways to lead.
Meet Kirk.

These Days,

HERE’S What I Do:

But Here’s What I’m

Really About:

I believe infrastructure isn’t just hardware.

It’s humans.
It’s leadership that doesn’t collapse under pressure.
It’s veterans who know how to execute but get overlooked.

It’s the next generation of operators, builders, and thinkers who need someone to invest in them the way someone once invested in me.

That’s why I do this.

Not to inspire. To build.

Not to motivate. To mobilize.
My Core Beliefs

MY CORE BELIEFS

Leadership is Infrastructure.

Veterans belong at the front of the AI revolution.

Mission-critical systems require mission-critical humans.

We don’t have a talent problem. We have a training problem.

Mental toughness starts with real talk—not hustle culture.
